I am passionate about the therapeutic process which begins with creating safety, trust, and a plan that allows you to reach your goals. Your story matters and is worthy of being shared. Your voice lives inside your story and together we will discover how you would like to continue writing that story with new insight and direction.
My commitment to your process includes meeting you where you are with compassion and understanding. Together, we will walk through the darkness, the light and every space in between. I believe in the importance of understanding one’s self through a lens of honesty and worthiness. Working in tandem, we will identify areas of struggle in your life and also those places where you desire to create positive change. We will explore existing patterns in your thoughts and feelings and how they influence the way you are living your life. Therapeutic change can be uncomfortable and scary, but with my years of experience and enhanced understanding of change, we will work through the tough spots with insight and care.
